Built for resistance surveillance, transmission-dynamics, and environmental-reservoir research.

- Detecting a resistance gene does not confirm phenotypic resistance, gene expression, or bacterial viability.
Pathogen + Resistance Marker Detection

- Candida auris, OXA-48, Van A/B
- Description
- A combined real-time PCR panel detecting the emerging multidrug-resistant yeast Candida auris alongside two resistance markers: OXA-48 (carbapenem resistance) and vanA/vanB (vancomycin resistance). Aimed at surveillance, infection-control, and AMR research.

Escherichia coli
Escherichia coli is a Gram-negative bacterium, commonly found in the lower intestine of warm-blooded organisms. While many strains are harmless and part of a healthy gut microbiome, certain pathogenic strains are responsible for a wide range of human and animal diseases. The pathogenic strains can lead to diarrheal diseases, urinary tract infections, and more severe systemic infections.
This kit is suitable for use in environmental monitoring, food safety research, and microbiological studies.
